Key Events of State Key Laboratory of Solid State Lighting
January 20th , 2012, relying on alliance, semiconductor lighting joint innovation state key laboratories were officially approved by the Ministry of Science (state of the base [2012] No. 57).
April 19th, 2012, Sino-Dutch semiconductor lighting research innovation cooperation forum was held at the International Conference Centre of Delft University. Miss Wu Ling, director of Laboratory and principals of TUD, Mr. DJ van den Berg, former Dutch ambassador signed a memo of "semiconductor lighting joint innovation state key laboratory" to build a "semiconductor lighting joint innovation State Key Laboratory room " with Delft University of Technology, Minjin Li, the director of the State Key Laboratory of Semiconductor lighting joint innovation and Professor Rob Fastenau, director of Delft University of Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics and Computer Science signed a memo on launching the "doctoral and postdoctoral training", and Agency NL and Changzhou Wujin district government signed the memo of "2012 International Semiconductor Lighting advanced training sponsorship agreement". Jianlin Cao, Vice Minister of Chinese Science and Technology department, Ambassador Jun Zhang, Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands attended the forum and the two secretaries were three departments witnessed the signing ceremony.
April 26th, 2012, the German Federal Department of Research (BMBF) LED delegation visited the laboratory, the two sides discussed the semiconductor lighting testing, alignment and cooperation in product development direction and content.
May 4th, 2012, the laboratory held the second council of the first session.
May 11th, 2012, the laboratory’s first batch of common platform project briefing was held in Beijing.
May 14th, 2012, Luping Xu, a senior official at the Ministry of Science and Technology and material field experts visited the laboratory.
May 18th, 2012, Changzhou Institute of Solid State Lighting laboratory (Changzhou base) was officially opened, Guocheng Zhang, inspector of Ministry of Basic Research Department, Xinnan Li, inspector of Science and Technology Policy, Regulations and Reform Division, Xianwu Yang, deputy director of Science and Technology, Nanping Xu, assistant of governor of Jiangsu province and director of Science and Technology Agency and leadership of Wujin, Changzhou, Hongguo Zou, Bin Zhou, Jianzhong Zang, Guangyao Ling and Mingchang Wang has attended the activity. Xiaoming Jin, director of international cooperation of National Science and Technology Department visited SKL.
May 31st, 2012, Ji Xie, deputy director of Development and Reform Commission, Xiaoan Zeng, the Ministry of finance and Rufang Wang, deputy director of the Management Committee of Zhongguancun came to laboratory for the joint research.
June 12th, 2012, the U.S. DOE representatives visited the laboratory, the two sides discussed the life of semiconductor lighting product testing and evaluation methods.
June 18th, 2012, vice-premier Keqiang Li, political bureau of the central committee of the communist party of China, the State Council visited State Key Laboratory of Solid State Lighting.
June 26th , 2012, the leadership of the national development and Reform Commission, Ministry of finance, the Ministry of science and technology, the Ministry of industry and information technology, state quality inspection administration, Chinese Academy of Sciences six ministries visited the lab.
July 15th , 2012, Jianlin Cao, Vice Minister of national Ministry of science and technology visited laboratory (Changzhou base).
August 6-10th, 2012, in the support of Holland economic and agricultural innovation department, Ministry of science and technology of China and Changzhou Wujin district government, the laboratory united international semiconductor lighting alliance, Holland Technische Universiteit Delft, sponsored the first "semiconductor lighting technology of advanced international studies class" together.
August 10th, 2012, Yanqing Fan, the tenth CPPCC vice chairman of Jiangsu Province visited Laboratory (Changzhou base).
September 4th, 2012, Tuo Cui, the deputy director of the Ministry of science and technology foundation department visited laboratory.
September 6th, 2012, the Ministry of science and technology foundation department organized the laboratory for feasibility demonstration.
September 19th, 2012, Jianlin Cao, vice Minister of the Ministry of science and technology, Yuhai Zhao, director of High-tech department and Shihui Hu, vice director visited the laboratory.
September 20th, 2012, held an specialist demonstration on semiconductor lighting product specification interface project "with expert control device of split type lamp / light tunnel interface specification draft" .
September 24th to 28th, 2012, accompanied by Longchao Zhou, the director of international cooperation department of national science and Technology Department, European Office and Rong Song, laboratory organized China semiconductor lighting delegation visit Germany on the cooperation of semiconductor lighting with German.
November 5-7th, 2012, participated in "the Ninth China International Semiconductor Lighting Forum" exhibition in Guangzhou, set up booths to publicity laboratory innovations.
November 14th, 2012, Junhua Lu, director of the Secretary office three bureau and Jianguo Xu, director of the Ministry of science and technology innovation system came to visit laboratory.
November 20th, 2012, five Union standards of the laboratory are submitted by by experts. Changxu Shi, academicians, Ji Xie, deputy director of Development and Reform Commission and Xinman Li, inspector of Ministry of Science listened to the report.
December 3rd, 2012, Vice president of Nanjing University, Professor Rong Zhang visited Changzhou base.
December 22nd, 2012, the laboratory held the first common platform project summary report.
